Does the app work offline?
While the app does not function fully offline, it includes a feature that lets you save your sample submission. If you experience a loss of signal, you can save your work and submit the sample as soon as you’re back online—ensuring you don’t lose progress or time.
I cannot download the app to my phone
If you are having trouble downloading or installing the app, make sure your device meets the minimum requirements to use the app. You can install the Fernox app on a number of Android and Apple products. Important: Using the Fernox app on an older product that does not meet the requirements may cause compatibility issues.
