Your Data Privacy Rights?

Under the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR) under Article 15, you have the right to ask us to confirm about what data we are processing and why, where we got it from, how long we keep it for and who we pass it to.

What is the Right Of Access?

There are a few different aspects to the Right of Access under Article 15 GDPR 2018, including certain information, and a copy of your personal data. You have the right to obtain the following from Fernox:

–       Confirmation of whether personal data concerning you is being processed

–       A copy of your personal data.

–       Confirmation of what is the purpose of the data processing.

–       Categories of personal data.

–       Outlining the appropriate safeguards and protection in place when processing personal data outside EEA.   

–       The retention period of which personal data is stored 

–       Right to rectification

–       Right to erasure

–       Right to restrict processing

–       Right to object

–       The right to raise a concern with a supervisory authority.

–       The decision-making of when processing personal data including profiling and information about how decisions are made.

Right Of Access

You are well within your rights to ask us to confirm if we are processing your information in the manner of what data we are processing and why, where we obtain the data, the duration of data we keep it for and who we pass it to.

Right To Rectification

If the data and information we have about you is inaccurate, you have the right to have it amended and corrected.

If the information we have is incomplete, you have the right to have it completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.

Right Of Erasure

You have the right to have your personal information deleted if it is no longer necessary for Fernox to have it, if we were processing it based on your consent which you have withdrawn, if you have objected to us using our legitimate interests to process it or we have processed it unlawfully.

Right To Restrict To Processing

You have the right to restrict our processing of your information if you believe that it is inaccurate or if you have objected to our processing it based on our legitimate interests, or if our processing is unlawful or we no longer need your information, but you do.

Right To Object To Processing

You can object to us processing your information based on our legitimate interests unless we are able to demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for doing so. You can also object to us using your information for profiling or for direct marketing purposes.
