Yes — for most postal test kits, you’ll need to submit your test through the Fernox App before sending your sample. This applies to:

  • Water Quality Test

  • Diagnostic Water Test

  • Commercial Water Test

  • Commercial Fill Water Test

Submitting your test through the app enables tracking and ensures your results are processed and reported correctly.

The only exception is the System Health Check, which is a fully paper-based test kit and does not require submission via the app.
