User Roles and Permissions

Understanding user roles helps ensure the right level of access across the Fernox platform.

There are three types of users: User, Manager, and Organisation Manager. Each role has different permissions related to submitting samples and viewing results.

All users — whether new or existing, using the Fernox App, the web portal, or migrating from our older Water Test Apps — must self-register.
