This section provides a step-by-step guide on how to reset your password if you can’t remember it. Follow the instructions below to regain access to your account quickly and securely.
Open the Fernox App and click Forgot Password below the login fields.
1. Enter the Email address you used during registration
2. Click on the Next button
After clicking “Next”, a pop-up message will appear asking you to check your email for a One-Time Password (OTP). This is a numerical code that will be used to secure your account.
1. Add the Code you have received via email to the OTP Verification field
2. Click on the Verify button
1. Set your New Password in the first field
2. Confirm your password by entering it again in the Repeat Password field
3. Click on the Reset Password button
A pop-up message will confirm that your password has been successfully set. Then click “Done” to proceed.
