Email & OTP Issues

If you have tried to register on the Fernox App or through the Fernox web portal, and you have not received the OTP (one-time passcode) required for verifying your account, then please follow these steps to help in identifying the issues.

Email troubleshooting guide

Check your junk/spam inbox

Open your email application and navigate to the spam or junk folder. Look for any emails from data@fernox.com and mark them as “Not Spam” to ensure future emails go to your inbox directly.

Review Blocked Email Addresses

Access your email settings and look under the blocked senders list. If data@fernox.com is listed, unblock it and add us to your contacts or safe sender list to prevent further disruptions.

Consult Your IT Department

Sometimes, organizational email security settings can block external emails. Contact your IT department to ensure emails from data@fernox.com are not being filtered out or blocked. They might need to whitelist our domain.
