Welcome to Fernox App. This guide provides comprehensive instructions for managing your account. You will find detailed steps for registration, login, profile editing, password reset, and recovery.
Open the Fernox App and select Click to register on the bottom section
After clicking “Register”, a pop-up message will appear asking you to check your email for a One-Time Password (OTP). This is a numerical code that will be used to secure your account.
Add the Code you have received via email to the OTP Verification field and click on Verify
A pop-up message will confirm that your password has been successfully set. Then click “Done” to proceed.
After clicking “Done”, the app will automatically redirect you to the profile completion page. Here, you’ll need to fill in a few mandatory fields, such as your name and surname, to complete your registration.
Once you’ve entered the required information, click “Update”. You will then be automatically logged in to the app.
