Invite a Manager

As a registered user of the Fernox App or web portal, you can invite a Manager to view your submitted samples. This is helpful if you want to share test results with someone responsible for managing your site, installation, or service.

When sending an invite, you can choose which types of tests the Manager can access and how they receive the information — either within the Fernox system or as an email copy.

All users — whether new or existing, using the Fernox App, the web portal, or migrating from our older Water Test Apps — must self-register before they can access any samples.

If inviting through the mobile app

  1. From the Dashboard, click the icon in the top right corner to access your Profile
  2. Open the dropdown next to Manager Access and click Invite Manager.
  3. Enter one or more Email addresses. Select the checkboxes for the specific tests you want to grant access to.
  4. Confirm that you agree to the Privacy Policy, then click on the Submit button.

*Please note: if you are an organisational user (using a company email domain such as @heating.com), you will automatically be linked to a manager.

If inviting through the web portal

  1. From the dashboard click the icon in the top right corner to open the navigation menu and select on the Profile.
  2. On the Profile page select Connect with a Manager button.
  3. Enter one or more Email addresses of the managers that you wish to be linked to.
  4. Confirm that you agree to the Privacy Policy, then click on the Submit button.

    *Please note: if you are an organisational user (using a company email domain such as @heating.com), you will automatically be linked to a manager.
