Biometrics & PIN login options

Logging in with Biometrics or PIN makes accessing your account faster and more secure.
Once set up, you can use your fingerprint, face recognition, or a 4-digit PIN to log in quickly—no need to enter your full credentials each time.

This feature helps you access water test reports, manage submissions, and use the app seamlessly while keeping your data protected.

To set up biometric login

  1. Click on Settings in the bottom right section
  2. To turn on the App Lock, just tap the toggle switch.
  3. Once enabled, you’ll be able to access the app using your fingerprint, face recognition, or your phone’s PIN.
    A pop-up will appear confirming that “Biometrics authentication has been enabled”
  4. To turn off the App Lock, simply tap the toggle switch again.
  5. A pop-up will appear confirming that “Biometrics authentication has been disabled”
