Apply For Manager Access

At this time, Managers can only access data from other users through the web portal, available at https://fernox.app.

All users—whether new or existing, using the Fernox App, the web portal, or migrating from our older Water Test Apps—must self-register.

If a Manager does not plan to submit water samples themselves, they can simply register via the web portal and do not need to download or use the Fernox App.

If applying from the mobile App

  1. If a Manager does not plan to submit water samples themselves, they can simply register via the web portal and do not need to download or use the Fernox App.
  2.  After registering, click the icon in the top right corner to access your Profile.
  3. Open the dropdown next to Manager Access and click  Request Access.
  4. Please review our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
  5. Complete this section by ticking both checkboxes – one to confirm your agreement with our policy, and the other to request Manager access – then click Submit.

If applying from the web portal

After registering, go to the Profile section in the top-right corner and select Manager Access.

  1. Choose the appropriate manager type:
    • Organisational Manager – for managers using a company email domain (e.g., @heating.com) other engineers and managers with the same domain will be automatically linked.
    • Regular Manager – for managers using a non-organisational email domain(e.g., @gmail.com). Access to test results will be granted through invitations from engineers.

     2. Once selected, agree to the Terms and Conditions and click Request Access to complete your application.
