App-based diagnostic postal laboratory test for central heating system water providing a detailed report with recommendations for treating system water. Simply fill a bottle with central heating system water, scan the barcode into the Fernox App to register the sample and send the sample to the Fernox Laboratory. The results are available on the App within 48 hours of receipt of the sample.
The status of the samples can be tracked via the Fernox App or web portal (fernox.app). Upon completion of analysis (within 48 working hours or receipt of sample) the sample results will be sent to you via email and can also be viewed within the App and web portal (fernox.app). Interpretation is based on the sample being treated with Fernox products and representative of the system as a whole.
Instructions
1. Download the Fernox App (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play).
2. Sign-up and complete your pro le details – this is a one-off requirement.
3. Fill the bottle showing a QR code with system water. Fill the second bottle with mains cold water. Please ensure the lid is tightly screwed to avoid spillage in transit.
4. Scan the QR code on the system water bottle and complete all mandatory elds. If you do not scan the bottle, it will not be registered and will not return a result.
5. Place the bottles in the freepost return envelope and return them via a Post Office or any post box.
