You don’t need to submit your System Health Check test through the Fernox app before posting it. The System Health Check is a fully paper-based postal test kit and does not require any interaction with the app to complete or send.
Once testing is complete, the results will be sent directly to the user via email. They will also be available in the Fernox App, provided the user logs in or registers using the same email address that was used when submitting the sample.
