Report Email Management

Manage the report emails from your engineers or installers that are sent to your inbox.

As a manager, you can enable or disable these emails individually, giving you full control over which notifications you receive based on your preferences.

Control managed user email reports

1.Log in to your manager account.

2. In the main menu, click on Manager Access

3. From all available tabs select Managed Domain users(or Managed non Domain users for non-company domains)

4. On this page you, as a manager, can control email reports coming in to your inbox. By default email reports for managers are turned off.
