Welcome to Fernox App. This guide provides comprehensive instructions for managing your account. You will find detailed steps for registration, login, profile editing, password reset, and recovery.
Open the Fernox App and select Click to register on the bottom section
1. Enter your Email address
2. Select your Country from the dropdown menu
3. Choose your Language from the dropdown menu
4. Agree the Terms and Conditions box (Please ensure you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions before proceeding.)
5. Click on the Register button
After clicking “Register”, a pop-up message will appear asking you to check your email for a One-Time Password (OTP). This is a numerical code that will be used to secure your account.
Add the Code you have received via email to the OTP Verification field and click on Verify
1. Set your New Password in the first field
2. Confirm your password by entering it again in the Repeat Password field
A pop-up message will confirm that your password has been successfully set. Then click “Done” to proceed.
