Currently, managers can only access data from other users via the web portal at https://fernox.app.
Once granted manager-level access permissions, you will be able to view user samples from all individuals who are linked to you — either automatically (for organisational managers) or manually (for regular managers).
In either case, the process for accessing managed engineers’ data is the same for both manager types.
Log in to your manager account.
In the main menu, click on Test
From the drop-down list select Managed User Tests.
This section contains test data from users in your organisation who you are linked to.
Select the test type you wish to view. The list will display all available managed test categories.
